Other qualities that are desired by the industries are their hardness, resistance, and tolerance level. The resistance against various chemical is desired. Industries where boiler and pressure vessel is used they conditions of working are very tough. They contain toxic gases and liquids. Since they are to be stored at either low or high temperature depending upon the need, therefore, plates have to tolerate those conditions. Moreover, these conditions can weaken the plates of another grade. But our plates are capable of withstanding these environments. The use of sulfur, chlorine, hydrochloride, organic, and other inorganic acid makes the sustainability of plates difficult. However, our plates can resist the attack by these chemicals.

They don’t show corrosion on their surface. It shows their corrosion-resistant ability. Their resistant ability is widely seen against attacks like a crevice, stress cracking, pitting, and more. These conditions arise in chemical environments which degrades the performance of plates. But our plates show excellent performances even in the conditions that are harsh. Their ability to work under high temperatures is also a good example of their performance. Low temperature and pressure is also not an issue for the En 24 Low Alloy Plates. These abilities are the result of the use of En 24 grade. We confirm these properties by doing tests on the plates. After tests like tensile, hardness, mechanical, and more we pack them. The packaging is further an effort to protect them from harsh weather during transportation.
