Applications

• AR 500 Steel plates, also known as CREUSABRO 8000, SWEBOR 500, as a rule, manufacture Hydraulic hammers. These hammers are used to demolish structures, getting the hammer exposed to abrasion, from stones and gravel.

• Excavator buckets, facing harsh sliding and direct impact, are used at several excavation and construction sites, to dig up the Earth’s surface. Wear resistant steel plates usually produce either the whole or only the edges and sides these buckets, including HB 500, ABRAZO 500 and ROCKSTAR 500, depending on the severity of the wear.

• A Crusher in a recycling or mineral factory crushes humungous stones or reduces waste materials into smaller pieces, to put them to use. Here, AR 500 steel plates (ROCKSTAR 500, Abrex 500, and FORA 500) provide maximum protection to liner plates inside crushers against spiked, rocky and pointed gravels.

• Railroad cars in several mines are made of BRINAR 500, and HBW 500 steel plates, as their abrasion resistant assets help them to avoid dents and disperse impact force evenly.
